| Meldan was formed in 1976 to provide the construction industry with high-quality off-site engineering and fabrication services. Since then we have expanded year on year to become a major company with vast experience of erecting and installing a wide range of steel structures, bridges and process plant units. We have also developed a number of associated activities to enhance our capability. An on-going programme of investment in plant and facilities has ensured that we remain at the very forefront of developments in our sector. |
| Our clients include oil refineries, petrochemical and chemical plant operators, rail, steel, gas, power generation, water and effluent treatment companies. In addition to working for UK industries we have fabricated major projects for export. We are ISO 9001` 2000 accredited and are on the Register of Qualified Steelwork Contractors. A point to note is that we are one of the few companies on the Register to meet the strict Highways Agency requirements for the fabrication and erection of bridgeworks. |
